• Honda and KTM Service Advisor
• Honda and KTM Technician
• Honda Sales Executive

Honda and KTM Service Advisor –

Working in a team environment, you’ll help look after our busy Service Department.

Core duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting service customers
• Booking in service, MOT and repair work via phone, email or website
• Organising workload of technicians
• Communicating with customers as work is carried out
• Managing warranty work
• Sending MOT/Service reminders
• Selling Extended Guarantee and Service Plans
• Fulfilling the Service administration requirements for Honda and KTM

Honda and KTM Technician –

Working in a team environment, you’ll be responsible for looking after the Servicing, Repair and MOT needs for both customers and our sales bikes.

Core duties will include:

• Service, repair and MOT of Honda, KTM and Used motorcycles
• Prepping bikes for sale
• Liaising with the service department to ensure the efficient turnaround of jobs
• Fulfilling the administration requirements for Honda and KTM

Honda Sales Executive –

Working in a team environment, you’ll help look after our busy Honda and Used Bikes Sales Department.

Core duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting sales customers
• Selling On-Road and Off-Road Honda motorcycles, Montesa Trials bikes, and Used bikes
• Dealing with sales enquiries via phone, email or website
• Ensuring Honda Sales targets are met
• Fulfilling the extensive Sales administration requirements for Honda

With all roles:

The above descriptions are by no means exhaustive and no two days will be the same!
You will need to attend any training that may be required by us, such as Honda or KTM manufacturer courses.

We would expect the following qualities to be demonstrated:

• Ability to work within a team
• Good timekeeping, reliability, and integrity
• A can-do attitude
• Must be prepared to carry out day to day tasks alongside more proactive duties
• Ability to take instruction and use own initiative
• Professional, friendly, and courteous customer service
• Experience working within a similar role is highly desirable

The working hours will be: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 9am – 5.30pm and Sat 9am – 5pm.
Every Wednesday and Sunday is off.
