Job Vacancy – Service Advisor

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Service Advisor to join our family-run motorcycle business in North Wales.

Overview

Working as part of our team, you will play an important role in supporting our Aftersales Department and ensuring the day-to-day service operation runs smoothly. You will be a key link between our Customers, Workshop and Parts Department, so excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. The role would suit someone with a genuine interest in motorcycles, who enjoys working with people, is confident using computers and takes pride in providing a professional and friendly service.

The Role

Working alongside our Service Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after the day-to-day service administration requirements, ensuring bookings, paperwork and customer records are kept organised and up to date
  • Welcoming customers and dealing with enquiries both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Booking motorcycles into the workshop and managing the daily workload for our technicians.
  • Working closely with our Parts Department to ensure technicians have the correct bikes, parts and equipment needed to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Preparing estimates, job cards, invoices, warranty claims and other service documentation.
  • Carrying out general day-to-day duties as required and being prepared to get involved wherever needed.
  • Attending any training required by the business, including manufacturer training courses such as Honda or KTM.

Essential Requirements

  • A full motorcycle licence.
  • Previous experience within the motorcycle industry or a similar Aftersales/service environment.
  • A good understanding of motorcycle servicing and repairs.

Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Wednesday: Day off, Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday: Day off.
